About

Emily Redler graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts & Italian Studies, and a minor in education. She is also a graduate from Andover High School in her home town in Massachusetts.

During her time at Wheaton, Emily focused on studying painting and printmaking, and studied abroad. While at Wheaton she curated an exhibition Embodied Labor: Care and Control, with her twelve other classmates in a course titled Exhibition Design. Emily was able to learn first-hand the effort and work that goes into curating and designing exhibitions as well as installing them. The picture on the right is a picture of her standing next to one of the artworks (Together, by Suzanne Hodes) in the exhibition which she researched and wrote about.

Emily’s work “Candlelit Warmth” is featured in Wheaton College’s 2023 publication of the Rushlight magazine. Her work was also in the college’s show: Ephemera, the 2025 Visual Art major exhibition. After that exhibition, one of each edition from that series was acquired by the college’s permanent collections. Her work typically includes themes of flowers and nature to represent her connection to mental health.

Aside from art, Emily loves archery, dancing, travel, and spending time with her friends and family who support her artistic endeavors.
